Nakia Resort & Dive is proud to announce that, as of 27 July, 2018, we are now fully air-conditioned.  Electricity Fiji Ltd.  completed the power installation to Nakia from their newly-built hydro-electric plant, allowing us to keep our environmentally-friendly footprint and offer air-con to our guests.  Naturally, we are using the latest refrigerant gasses, which don’t harm the environment.

Two acres of the resort property are freehold and contain the 4 bures, office/restaurant/kitchen, and owners’ home.
The adjacent leasehold 8-acre parcel contains the organic farm, farm building, hydro-electric turbine, and generator shed.
Lease could be changed to a tourism lease if the owner wanted to build more bures next door.
Nakia Resort & Dive opened in 2007, and has been family owned and operated since then. The property is being sold fully furnished and equipped.

The dive shop is located at Vatulaga Point, about ¼ mile south of the resort, on road reserve land at the seashore.
The owners are currently in negotiation with Lands Department regarding a lease for the ½ acre parcel of land. The owners also lease a dive shop in Matei, close to Maravu Resort, which sends a substantial number of divers from their backpacker resort.
Resort buildings consist of 3 standard bures, each with a queen and single bed, and a family bure, which has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, with 2 kings, a queen, and
a double bed.
The owners have recently received approval from Fiji Roads Authority to lease the dive shop road reserve land and the lease will be provided in due course.

Nakia Resort & Dive is a parcel of land adjacent to the Taveuni Coast Road on Taveuni’s
west side, 4 kms. north of Naqara and 8 km. south of Matei Airport.
It is an elevated beachfront property, on the Taveuni coast Road.
Nakia Resort and Dive enjoys attractive views to the Somosomo Strait, this is further
enhanced by expansive sea views.
The property is made up of two parcels.
